VehIQ
The trust layer for global automotive
Pre-seed · 2026

Confidential
VehIQ is the modular, API-first, AI-native infrastructure the global automotive industry builds on - starting with the DMS that runs a dealership. It makes canonical vehicle data usable for every actor, runs alongside the systems a dealer already has, then grows into the operating system for everything that touches a vehicle.
Problem
A dealer juggles 10+ disconnected systems. Valuations in spreadsheets, inventory across three databases, pricing on gut. The data that should move margin is trapped.
Solution
One open platform: canonical vehicle data with lineage, AI valuations with confidence and sources, and inventory intelligence - adopted one module at a time.
Why now
AI is standard now, open formats have won, and data-access regulation worldwide (the EU Data Act leads, the Gulf and others are following) is strengthening rights to access and port vehicle data - a dealer can now demand to own it. No one has built the open, AI-native layer for global automotive.
Moat
Canonical vehicle data designed to compound as dealers join, plus one-way-door architecture: owned data in open formats (compute stays interchangeable), versioned contracts that never break, row-level tenant isolation, and every AI recommendation logged with its outcome.
Market
Start with Nordic dealers, expand worldwide - Europe, then the Gulf and MENA - then across the value chain: workshops, financiers, marketplaces, fleets and OEMs. Sizing illustrative; to be validated.
Business model
Recurring per-dealer SaaS per module (land-and-expand), marketplace revenue share, with SIAX consulting funding the build until SaaS carries itself.
Team
Built by Simon Axelsson (SIAX Technology AB) - production data platforms and BI on a modern cloud/data stack, with hands-on automotive-data depth.
The ask
Raising a pre-seed round to fund the founding team and the first paying design partners. € - (target on request).
