Let me say what I actually mean, without the buzzwords.

A vehicle is touched by dozens of parties over its life - the dealer who sells it, the workshop that services it, the financier who backs it, the marketplace that resells it, the manufacturer who made it, the fleet that runs it. Every one of them keeps its own version of the truth. None of them agree.

So the same car has five mileages, three valuations, and no shared history. Everyone re-enters the same data. Everyone distrusts everyone else's numbers. Billions in value leak out through the cracks between systems that were never designed to talk.

The fix isn't another silo with a nicer interface. It's a common layer underneath all of them - one canonical view of the vehicle, with the data in open formats, traceable to its source, and reachable through clean, versioned APIs.

That's the operating system. Not an app you log into. The thing every app stands on.

Here's the part that keeps it honest: you don't get to declare that on day one. You earn it.

So we start narrow and real - a modular DMS for car dealers, Nordic-first, built to run alongside what they already have. No rip-and-replace. Solve one painful, concrete problem extremely well. Then the next. Then the layer.

Big vision, small first step. That's the only way this gets built.
